The guide on data anonymization, aimed at regulatory and industry groups, offers information and guidance on basic anonymization concepts and techniques. A joint mapping guide on ASEAN model contractual clauses (MCCs) and Ibero-American data protection network MCCs is intended to help organizations looking to transfer or receive personal data from overseas partners.

The third document is an expanded ASEAN guide on AI governance and ethics for generative AI. It supplements a 2024 guide on AI governance and ethics with policy considerations relevant to GAI, offering regional use cases showing how its policy recommendations could be implemented.
