The European Artificial Intelligence Board ensures uniform application of the AI Act and acts as the main body of cooperation between them and the EC, Regnier said in an email. Other national and EU authorities, bodies or experts may be invited to board meetings on a case-by-case basis where there are issues of relevance to them.
The European Board for Digital Services is the main body that promotes cooperation between the EC and EU governments in the context of the Digital Services and Digital Markets Act, Regnier said. It's also a platform for cooperation and coordination on digital services across the EU.
These boards are crucial for building relationships and ensuring the regulations are consistently applied, Regnier added.
