NIST Launches Central Hub for Privacy-Cybersecurity Initiatives

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) on Tuesday announced a central website for companies seeking guidance on the intersection of privacy and cybersecurity.

NIST’s National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence launched a “centralized location for privacy-related NCCoE activities with the objective of helping individuals and organizations enhance their privacy practices and strengthen their partnership between cybersecurity and privacy,” the agency said.

The site highlights the overlap between privacy and cybersecurity and demonstrated use of the NIST Privacy Framework and other privacy resources.
