Blackburn Sees House Majority for KOSA Passage

Speaking at State of the Net, the lawmaker said she’s continuing to work with co-author Sen. Richard Blumenthal, R-Conn., and House Republican leadership to have the bill considered in the lower chamber.
Blackburn and Blumenthal are preparing a reintroduction of the bill. House Republican leadership opposed the measure in 2024 (see 2501030039). Senate Commerce Committee Chairman Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has said he wants to pass KOSA (see 2502050043).
