Moldova, San Marino, the U.K., Israel, the U.S. and the EU. The convention provides a legal framework covering the entire lifecycle of AI products, which aims to foster innovation while managing the risks AI may pose to fundamental rights, said the CoE, a 46-nation human rights organization.
