Senate Commerce to Vote March 12 on FTC, OSTP Nominees

The Senate Commerce Committee will vote on advancing Mark Meador’s FTC nomination on March 12, Chairman Ted Cruz, R-Texas, announced Wednesday (see 2503030044). Michael Kratsios’ nomination for Office of Science and Technology Policy director is also on the agenda.
