As Lusha has Italian customers and its database includes people living in Italy, Garante said it's justified in seeking information from the company. Lusha must submit the request information within 20 days.

Among other things, Garante asked Lusha to specify how much data it collects or processes from Italians and clarify how it's collected. Lusha must also clarify if it processes the personal data of users who don’t use the platform, where it gets that information and if the company acquires consent.
