The legislature passed LB-383 on May 14. Pillen and Attorney General Mike Hilgers (R) endorsed LB-383 and other kids safety measures back in January (see 2501220041).

Another Pillen-endorsed bill (LB-504), which would require an age-appropriate design code, is pending in the Nebraska legislature. LB-504 “has been advanced to the final round of debate,” said the governor’s office.
