IAB announced an online tracking questionnaire to help companies identify potential compliance issues with “cookies, pixels and other tracking technologies.”

IAB also unveiled an update to its data supplier questionnaire that reflects key takeaways from the FTC’s settlements with Mobilewalla and Gravy Analytics (see 2506240055).

The questionnaires are part of IAB’s Diligence Platform, a program designed to help members comply with privacy obligations. IAB said the data supplier updates “cover both upstream and downstream data handling practices, helping you understand not just how your suppliers are using your data, but also how they’re managing their own data relationships.”
